The tool itself has been very easy for me personally to use in my workday with its simple interface that makes it so quick & convenient! I have not found any faults at this point yet but if there are they will be addressed quickly by their support team. This product works great when used correctly (which isn't always). If you're looking into using one then make sure your business needs align well enough before making such an investment because the price tag can get quite high depending upon how many people need access within the organization or project scope/size. We've realized significant benefits since we started working together - reduced overall lead time between requirement gathering stage completion and actual development begins significantly faster than our previous process allowed us to achieve which ultimately saves money both financially and schedule wise.
