Ordered this bed for our Doberman, made sure to let the bed sit for the full 72 hours as the manufacturer states - gave the bed to our dog who sleeps like a baby on this bed! He doesn't try to flip it over or scratch & dig before settling in - the bed remains in full form. I received a follow up email from the manufacturer asking if we were satisfied with their product and if not he would address any issues personally, what a Great way to run a business, actually caring about customers while providing a very excellent product into the market place, Kudos!
