Review on Quantivate Complaint Management by Erick Hernandez

I like how easy it was to use, as well at being able compare my current complaints with those from other companies in order see where we are doing better than others! There really isn't anything i dislike about this platform - if you're looking for something new give them your business!! They have been very helpful during our transition into using their software (from an excel spreadsheet).

We were not sure what benefits there would be by going through these services but so far they've exceeded all expectations.
