I cleaned the screen according to their instructions and added a ventilation step to remove some dust. The template worked fine, although I think I somehow managed to shift it 1-2mm off center. The side that was off center had no halo and fitted perfectly. There is a halo on the other side, but I don't care because the previous screen protector I got from Verizon had a problem on both sides. The top/bottom were perfectly aligned and had no halo. I would almost prefer the protection to be 1-2mm narrower to avoid a halo as the edge of the phone case protects the edge from damage from normal use (like drops). The lead came out well, I had no issues with blisters. Check out the installation video as it's a little different and tells you everything you need to know. I was worried about putting it back in the case right after installation (due to the halo) but I had no problems with the Otterbox Symmetry case.
