We live in the country, surrounded by fields and several wooded areas. That's why we're constantly looking for ways to scare field mice away. Then there are the tiny little ants that show up when the weather gets warmer and spiders which are my biggest problem - it's a phobia I know but it doesn't help when I see a spider. The product description also mentioned flies which would be a bonus if they were effective. According to the product listing, this little pest repeller will take a few weeks to see results. Well I waited a few months and couldn't tell any difference. I will say that this did not bother our cats, but neither did the pests. Luckily I have these cats because they made short work of some field mice. Those little ants still pop up in my kitchen and I still find spiders. Even flies would come in if the door was left open too long, so I don't see this thing doing anything other than going out.
