Styrofoam letters are not like the picture at all. They look much thinner and are not individual at all and come together on the sheet. Not at all what I wanted and to send back you have to pay for the return postage and then your money will be refunded. I tried to find a way to contact them but couldn't. Also, the actual brand is Oriental Trading, which tells you a lot about the product. My 3 year old son will waste more than he uses as they are all on a sheet of 26 at once and they disappear in the blink of an eye. Also, all the colors are together and not all mixed together to create a pattern.
