I've been a PRIME member for a long time and I rarely write reviews. Only if the product exceeds my expectations or if the product doesn't work well. This product belongs to the category of unsuccessful. The subwoofer and main soundbar will not pair (communicate). After attempting to contact Revain Technical Support, it became clear that this was a defective unit. I purchased this product on December 19, 2020 as a Christmas present for a family member and received it on December 22, 2020. Good job, Revain got it here a day early. Fast shipping is the only star I would give this item. Support informed me that this item is in stock until the end of January. The quality of this article and the fact that it is sold out deserve this product 1 star. Please do not buy this Klipsch Cinema 400 Soundbar + 8" Wireless Subwoofer with HDMIARC, it's more of a headache than it's worth.
