I love that it helps me track all of my orders, they also have a great customer service team that is very helpful. The app can be glitchy at times, but overall it's really easy to use and has helped me keep up with everything! I would say that having a separate phone number for this system would make things easier to navigate when you are busy. They offer a free trial if you'd like to try it out before committing to anything. It's helped me stay organized by tracking everything from the time I take an order to when it goes out to the customers.
