Mom loves grapefruits but I hate cutting them for her. The knife works great. Circle the edge in half and then cut the inner sections. Served it to her with a grapefruit spoon. The knife is a bit flimsy, but serves its purpose. I was afraid the edges of the spoon would be jagged, and I was afraid my mother would cut her lip, tongue, or mouth in bed. After using the spoon, you don't have to worry. It is save. The spoon is not too heavy. How did I live without these cool little tools?
