Wet inside is the best in my rating
They weren't as waterproof as I had hoped. They got wet on the inside and then took a long time to dry even when I put them in the dryer. My daughter didn't seem to mind though. She went straight to playing in the snow

- For children who catch cold easily, the insulation may not be sufficient.
