Review on 💡 HyperSelect 14W Omnidirectional Light Bulb: Powerful and Efficient Illumination by Kevin Johnson

UPDATE #2 04/20/2017: I have upgraded my rating to 4 stars. If I could, I would take 4.5. I'm not willing to do it again until I have spare bulbs to make sure it's reliable. After my previous update (below) I got them through their website. Your customer service was nothing short of EXCELLENT. They sent replacements for my 3 blown bulbs but 2 of them blew out straight away! HOWEVER they've sent me others (and a few extras for my trouble) and so far they've all been good. They said improvements had been made to these last lamps. The time will show. I also bought another 6 bulbs after seeing how excellent their customer service is and how committed they are to providing a good product. If I don't see any issues within 2 months I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars and possibly delete these updates and revert to my original rating (more below). and if they don't work I come back here to downgrade. However, I have high hopes. UPDATE #1 18 Mar 2017 (deprecated but left here to provide context for update #2 above): Unfortunately, now that I've had them for a few months, I have to downgrade them from 5-stsr to 1-. Star. 4 out of 6 bulbs burned out - 2 quite often, 2 less often. I tried them in different lights with a bulb problem. When they turn off and I press them, they turn on and usually stay on until they turn off and cool completely, and then next time they may or may not turn on without pressing. Sometimes they just blink and turn back on, sometimes they blink and go off until you touch the button. I emailed the manufacturer twice but NO response. I guess I'll have to try regular mail to see if I can replace them under warranty and then see if they hold up. I'm very upset because I love their light, but what's the use of a wonderful light if you can't rely on it? I hope you can solve your quality problem. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Excellent color and brightness. I would have ordered 6 more packs but they skyrocketed in price for a while and then disappeared from stock. If I ever see them again for a price like what I bought them for I will definitely be ordering 6 or 12 more.
