Will not work with 2 3/4 backset

The lock is nice but the ordering and installation process is not perfect. I have 2 3/8 inches but needed 2 3/4. The description of the lock said it would work with either size spigot, but the box only comes with a non-adjustable 2 3/8 spigot. After an hour on the phone with Yale, they realized they couldn't even order it properly on their own website, let alone Revane's. If you want a 2 3/4 back lock, do not buy this lock. It's not worth the trouble. You will need part number yr01p336, however this is not available online or in local stores at the time of this review.
