Excellent support, no screws or bushings in the box. I contacted the seller, they sent immediately. The process is very simple, the video explains everything very well. I blew it up anyway and cut the IR connection. 100% my fault. I don't use a remote control so it doesn't bother me. The only tricky part is my bad eyesight and fat fingers, but it's doable and the results are great. My download time has halved. My used Mini is new to me and completely erased so there isn't much improvement to compare beyond that.
