WORK SMARTER, NOT HARDER

I'm a multimedia artist and I work in just about every medium I can find. Stone, clay, wood, metal, leather, glass, wax, latex, paint, photography, electronics - I'm always striving to push my boundaries and the boundaries of the environment. I work with a variety of tools - I have a lot of them. designed for specific purposes because they just don't exist. A lot of people think that sandpaper is sandpaper, but that's dead wrong. Sandpaper grades than I can remember. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that buying better sandpaper is worth the money as it lasts longer and outperforms inferior products. While I sometimes use sandpaper on traditional electric sanders, I mostly wrap the paper around irregularly shaped blocks. created. Some are attached to power tools, others I work by hand. Of course, due to their irregular shape, the way the paper attaches to each will be different, but each will take a little time to set, so I'm assuming the sandpaper I use will hold up. I have had the opportunity to test several Del Ray sandpaper products and this is the highest quality sandpaper I have ever used. This 240 grit silicon carbide sandpaper is a medium/fine grit paper that will further smooth any surface you are working on. It is ideal for use after the 120 grit sandpaper has smoothed out the marks left by the aggressive initial sanding while you sanded the surface to the desired texture. Usually when I work with wood it's as smooth as I want it to be - after a thorough sanding with this paper the wood is ready to take whatever I want to add, be it stain, varnish or paint. This leaves a smooth texture and allows for fine sanding to bring out carving details. It can be used both wet and dry and lasts incredibly long. In fact, I've found that if I scrape off old paint or paint something and stick the paper together, I can actually use a nylon brush to scrape off the paper and get on with my work! I even rinsed this paper off after I finished my work, let it dry overnight, and went back to work the next day! I know other crafters appreciate how unusual it is that all too often our work is interrupted because the sandpaper we are working with is torn and loose. This is without a doubt a premium product. I am very happy with the performance and will only buy this brand from now on. Once you try this product, you'll wonder why you didn't switch to it sooner. This sandpaper is an amazing find.
