Installing this thing is a chore and I recommend you buy some clamps and a spare wire to connect to as it is long and quite large and even if you only have 1 wire going there, ground it just the other blue wire and well bolts or metal, I have another wire set for this that allows me to use my original horn alongside this one, I installed it on my 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback, they don't have room under the hood for it , so I took a bracket and installed it under the radiator behind the front bumper. It's hard to see if it can handle low groundwater in general, once you know how to install this stuff they give you the basics to hook it up and you can do it but I say be ready, buying more stuff to install in your car, it's not as beginner friendly as snail horn.
