Review on Dorman 741-674 Power Window Motor and Regulator Assembly for Ford Models - Front Driver Side, Black by Steven Ross

Went through and installed this without too much trouble. Plugged it in and checked only to find the motor ran backwards from the switch. I pushed down, the window went up. I pushed up, the window went down. checked everything 3 times and there was nothing left, it was the right part and everything else came. Returned without problems, so at least everything is fine. I didn't need a complete rebuild, I just had to replace the motor. IF YOU NEED TO REPLACE AN ENGINE, WATCH A VIDEO OF PULLING OUT THE OLD ENGINE AND PUTTING IN SOME BOLTS FOR INSTALLATION! If this is the only problem you have, YOU CAN REPAIR THE ORIGINAL ENGINE and it will be faster and cheaper! This is what I ended up doing and it works great!
