I am really happy with their service so far! The support team is very helpful and always ready for any questions you may have about shipping logistics in general as well as your specific shipment needs. Very professional approach towards business clients (like myself). We are working together now since several years but we only had one occasion where they couldn't fulfill our request at short notice due to some unforeseen circumstances that happened during transit time. Never experienced anything negative yet nor problems solved either when it comes to shipping services provided by them. So far everything has been good! Would love if there was more frequent communication between us regarding shipments going out/coming back into port etc., which would be great especially considering how busy my office can get sometimes.
