I have been buying Neutrogena clarifying shampoo for many years. It has a very strong smell and can make my fine hair frizzy. It works well but is a bit harsh and requires thorough conditioning after use. I use Redken shampoo and conditioner regularly - it's the only brand I trust. So when I found this product I immediately bought it hoping that I could replace Neutrogena Shampoo. First, the title is a bit misleading. It's really a shampoo, not a cream. The scent is very light, the shampoo foams but doesn't feel harsh. I also used the Redken All Soft Mega Mask for after wash care. When my hair was dry it was shiny, soft, bouncy and manageable. The scalp also felt hydrated. I could tell the buildup was gone because the color had lightened. In summary, I got much better results than Neutrogena. If you have brittle and thin hair, I highly recommend this product. * PS I used this shampoo to prep my hair for coloring. Wow! Doesn't matter! The hair took on the color more evenly and made the color lighter, which is optimal. The hair is shiny and soft. I'm in love π
