I can't sit in my chair without putting my feet into this foot massager. I have had surgery for nerve damage and my toes are very tender. I believe the massage is helping with getting some of the feeling back into my toes.The adjustable pressure is good and I am using pressure #2. I find myself just sitting with my feet in the massager even after it has shut off. The heat doesn't get real hot but the warmth is still good and my feet stay warm for a long time after the it has shut off. I like to let it cool off before I turn it on again and again.
