Review on 🎓 2021 Large Congrats Grad Banner for College and High School Graduation Party Decorations – Blue Graduation Party Supplies for Outdoor and Indoor Celebrations (9.8 x 1.6 feet) by Sally Romero

I gave it one star because the actual product would have been fine, but the 'Happy Graduation 2020' banner arrived with what appears to be animal urine stains and smells. I've tried using Revain's customer service and it's an automatic mess. It's confusing and impersonal; When I opted for a replacement/refund I was only given the return option which would not have left us a banner at all because they wanted it back. So on top of everything the alumni are going through this year, we have to use this banner. INADMISSIBLE!
