Review on 🏃 Salomon Speedcross 5 GTX Men's Trail Running Shoes by Richard Lamptey

So far I am very impressed with these shoes. I mainly run on trails that can be sandy or muddy in places. They really repel dirt - I haven't seen dirt stick to them yet. Some users don't like the Quicklace system, but after a few runs I really like them. You stay tense. I bought a set of spare laces in case I break one along the way. However, I keep my New Balance trail running shoes for running on concrete or pavement. These Salomon speedcross shoes are NOT comfortable on the road, I feel too much ankle roll/instability due to the large cleats on the bottom. The BEST trail runner I've ever had. Just don't expect them to be good road cycling shoes, they're not meant to be.
