In my opinion this is an excellent powder. It tastes great, mixes well, has the right amount of protein, and has the best BCAAs around in my opinion. Just tastes like cookies, I like it. It mixes really well, I used almond milk and it came out very smooth. I like the consistency, blends very well. It is a cold-processed, ultra-filtered material that makes this protein very easy to digest and quickly absorbable. It will hit you exactly when you need it with this serum! This Myofeed has your BCAAs right in the shake. In my opinion they have the best BCAAs of all. The content they add should be the standard for protein powders due to its biological value. No spikes here, just a good amino acid where you need it! With casein here you get fast cold pressed whey, then you get slow acting casein, it's a really great concept that works and makes this powder very versatile. A great pre-workout to pump up those aminos, a great post-workout to hit you with that fast-acting whey and amino acid, and then great to get protein in your body with casein. You really have a great product for many uses. It's hard to get confused with this stuff, which is great. In fact, anytime is the best time to use Myofeed. It is a well-blended, flavorful protein powder with amino acids, fast and slow release protein. It's hard to beat this concept and I think they succeeded. 5 Stars!
