Since my cloud service has expired I decided to save all my data on one of them until I buy a more permanent option. After migrating and deleting everything from my cloud, a few days later I tried to migrate it to my new cloud service but found that I couldn't access it at all. WD didn't work at all. I lost everything. I will never buy a WD product again. And I can't get it back because I'm worried that someone else could access some very confidential data that I saved on the hard drive and can't erase anymore
