I like that this tool is so flexible, easy to use with both technical people as well non-technical personnel for creating budgets. It also has excellent reporting capabilities which makes it very useful in keeping our organization's financials up to date at all times. The customer support could be more proactive - they are great but sometimes you have questions or issues without having anyone respond back within 24 hours of when we raise them internally! This tool really helps us keep track of everything from licensing costs (which can exceed $20k per month) to cloud services being utilized. We've been able to see exactly where things stand financially each quarter and what's needed next. There isn't anything specific i dislike about saasisi other than perhaps not everyone will love how much detail there is regarding their billing invoices/expenses.
