This product works very well when you need to pump manure uphill. I bought a 3/4 hose and pumped poop about 100 feet up a mountain with no problem. One thing I want to warn you about when using this product: make sure it's not plugged into a power source when you're moving. The button is delicate and if you move it and the button falls to the ground you'll have poop all over the place! I added a few feet of wire to the pump so it could reach my batteries at the front of my van and still be a few feet shorter. I plan on plugging it back in so I don't have to move the battery to the pump to keep it running. That being said, I have two black water tanks in the back, one of which is very far from the front of the RV. If you need to pump feces over a long distance, then this product is for you, don't hesitate to buy it!
