Mine just went out none of the sockets are working. Interestingly the picture shows a screw holding the pin socket together as the positive and negative wires are soldered to the inside. It is quite logical that the soldered joint came loose with just a few simple steps and my device no longer worked. Electop contacted me and I received a refund and they worked to fix the issue with this product. Thanks Electro for the quick reply.
