Doesn't work on my pup.

Yes, feels good in the hand, the backlight works. However, my puppy pays absolutely no attention when I press the bark stop button as instructed. It doesn't matter if I'm next to her, 5-10 feet away, or 15-20 feet away. He doesn't even click his ear. I will try to get it back anyway as it doesn't do what it was advertised to do. Don't worry about that. And yes, my puppy can hear very well.
