Overall I really like this product, it met my expectations... I bought this because I really dislike lip balms that contain parabens and other waxes. soft, but it's a little soft even for what I was expecting, almost like a thick cream. It's not necessarily a bad thing... Just understand what you're buying. any genuine SPF, so if that's what you're looking for, it probably isn't what you're looking for. I'm deducting a star because I think the value for money isn't as good as it could be. I really like the product and will probably buy it again, but I find it overpriced and wish it was about 15% cheaper. Things I don't do and that's the most important thing to me. And what I really want, what's really important to me, is at the top of the list of ingredients.
