This is my second device Arkon. They're not the cheapest, but I like them a lot. Quality and durability are excellent. I had no problems with that. It wasn't as long as I thought it would be, but that's right because I didn't measure correctly. The only thing I don't care about is the length of the "forks" sticking out to hold the phone. You can see in the picture that they stick out quite a bit, much more than the thickness of a phone or tablet. In one of my cars it really gets in the way. I have no idea why they make them so long. Looks really stupid, but not enough to stop me from buying a second one. In fact I will try to shorten them soon when they come with additions. I haven't tried many others so can't compare to this one. All I know is that they are well built and I like them.
