Sharp, works great.
I had never used a zester before so I had nothing to compare it to really. But after reading lots of reviews I purchased this one mainly because so many of them commented on how sharp it is. I can attest to that! It made short work of zesting some lemons, and cleaned up easily. I've only used it once so I can't attest to the long-term wear, but I had no problems with anything coming apart or anything.
- Very pleased with this purchase; works great. Use it a lot for garlic, ginger, zesting, and Parmesan.
