The bot does not have any issues in understanding my messages but I really feel like there are times where the response time could be improved upon especially during peak periods of traffic which can sometimes cause problems for me as well. Overall however this product has been great so far and we continue using our chatbots regularly because all customers seem pleased by how much they enjoy interacting with them even when other forms of communication fail us at some point. It's pretty cool having a conversation with someone else who actually understands what you're trying to say.
