I've been using ProStart for two seasons racing our J24; My team and I just love it. Last season I forgot to only compete in one race and my team was very disappointed; The problem of not having a good big display on the mast for the whole team to see created a completely different experience. Having time and distance before the start is crucial as many races are won or lost at the start; and during the race, large, clear ProStart letters clearly display speed and course data at all times. I had no issues with polarized lenses when viewing the display when mounted on a pole. It appears to be waterproof no matter how wet it gets, and so far we've never run out of battery during a race, or even come close. and that uses rechargeable batteries; A fresh set works easily all day long. It has dedicated buttons for each function, so there is little confusion for the crew; The new crew on the team can operate it with minimal training. In short, I can't imagine racing without ProStart on board. This is just a fantastic product that is easy to use and exceeds all expectations, which is rare these days, a product that does what it says on the tin. In the past 20 years of racing sailing I have never seen a product that has impressed me as much as this one. favorable wind,
