I have very thin, brittle nails and growing out my natural nails has never given good results. I got this nail polish because putting glue on my nails was further damaging my nails and I wanted to give them a break before applying the next set. This treatment worked so well I didn't even bother putting on a new set! My nails are still thin but flexible and growing well. Another plus, most of my nail polishes come off in just a few days, but with this product as a base coat, my polish lasted 10 days with only the tips wearing off. I would definitely recommend this product if you have problems with damaged nails or nail polish retention.
