As a coach who places a high value on quality and dependability, I was dissatisfied with the results of my most recent interaction with Arzroic. They have a large assortment of remote-controlled toys and games, but their customer service leaves a much to be desired despite the fact that they have such a large selection. My order did not come when it was supposed to, and several of the components were missing. After contacting their customer care team, I waited several days without receiving a response to my inquiry. After what seemed like an eternity, I eventually got a response from them, but they were both unhelpful and unapologetic. To make a bad situation even worse, the things I ordered were of poor quality when they arrived. Both the games and the remote-controlled vehicles were difficult to put together and did not work as intended. I had hoped that the games would be exciting and innovative, but neither of those things transpired. My time spent working with Arzroic was, on the whole, a negative experience, and I do not advocate using any of their products or services. As a coach, I place a high value on businesses who place a high priority on both the satisfaction of their customers and the quality of their products; however, Arzroic fell short in both of these areas.
