These shoes look very good and high quality. I say "seems" because it's obvious I'm not the one wearing them ;-). My son doesn't complain when I put them on so I hope this is a good sign and that they are comfortable. As I take them off, I notice small red spots on the front of his ankles, but nothing deep or heavy, and the spots quickly disappear. He didn't actually "wear" them either, so I assume this will wear off over time. I was pleasantly surprised to find such well-made shoes at such a great price (I bought them here on Amazon for about $20). The "bumper" on the front (and back) of the shoe is ideal for shoes worn by children of this age as they are much rougher when crawling, sometimes our feet grind when riding the riding toys etc. So far they have held up well and we are very happy with our purchase! :)
