I'm picky about my sleeping environment. Very challenging. I was very hesitant to purchase the pillow without being able to touch and feel it, but figured with Prime/Revain, worst case scenario, I'd be returning it. No regret. This is excellent value for money. There are cheaper and more expensive pillows out there but this is excellent value for money. This is a 1997 Nokia phone with feather pads. The body is solid. The internals are efficient and technically flawless. These pillows will last longer than you. They are on the softer side of the pillow but for a down/feather pillow they have medium resistance/support. They are well constructed with a stronger core and a fluffy down outer fill. It's like putting your face on a bird. Very fluffy, supportive but docile bird. There have also been reports of pillows not fitting properly in the suitcase (? bam?). So I took a brand new king size pillow and stuffed it into a new king size silk pillowcase, this is the video. It fits snugly, as I would expect from a new down pillow. So some previous reviews mention a bad smell. I have a picky nose and I didn't detect any sweet smell or any "masking" scents. It smelled like a clean natural pillow. It literally smelled like cotton. The instructions say to leave it open in the sun, but I got them during the damn Midwestern US monsoons. So I left them in the light receiving window. They expanded after being vacuum packed and fluffed up well. I'd pay around $90 each for them in a store, so I'm pretty happy with the price I bought them for (a big discount from Prime Day for a pair).
