Let me start by saying that the customer service has been fantastic. I thought I had a bad block and they replaced it right away but check now. Works exactly as described. We have bassets, so they took a little longer to train than most other breeds. Why only four stars and not five? Humidity. If it's very humid outside or something related to humidity, it will trigger randomly. I thought I had a bad block, but within a few days I found out, not on the outside of the block but on the inside. I have appliances in our storm door and one afternoon when I turned on the air con on a very warm day it went off when I opened the door. My guess is that a cold block in contact with warm air creates moisture, much like a puppy's nose. Fun is tomorrow, it worked by itself a few times. I just pass out while the boys sleep in the morning.
