Review on 🚵 Giro Tyrant Spherical Adult Dirt Bike Helmet: Optimal Protection and Performance by Mike Roe

So I was naïve when I bought this helmet and thought it would be a GREAT commuter helmet for all the protection it offers. One star is probably unfair as I used it for the intended application. It was painfully uncomfortable, however, and whether you're commuting to work or hitting the trail, comfort is comfort. If you can wear it without rubbing your ears on the sides of your head, and understand that the design also affects your hearing (one of our top defenses), then you'll find a very durable helmet with amazing coverage. It's heavy, but that's understandable given all the extra armor! I've had at least 6 other Giros but this is the first one I didn't like. I currently have a chronicle that I love and highly recommend. This is my first Giro with a sun visor which really helps!
