I was expecting these floor mats to be thick, heavy rubber. When I opened the packaging and saw how lightweight they were I was close to disappointment but I gave them a try anyway and I'm glad they've changed what I associate with heavy rubber in a floor mat is one that Lays flat, won't slide around, and has just enough "edge" to catch runoff without spilling it onto the carpet. These mats can do it all but are made from rubberized plastic that is durable, flexible and lightweight. They're so perfectly formed and grip the carpet so well that heaviness is an unnecessary attribute that only makes your ride heavier.
