I bought this in March 2020. It worked great for a while, but a year later it died and stopped working. I've tested it with multiple HDMI cables, monitors, and graphics card connectors and it just doesn't work. No visible damage and when I moved my car once it only moved 2 feet. Exchanged for another adapter and everything works again. (Right now I'm actually using a Displayport to DVI adapter that connects to DVI to HDMI, which is stupid. I bought it to replace that stupid thing, but I'll have to try again). Image quality was good when it worked. Gave 2 stars for the value, since I only paid $8 for it to get started but it didn't last long. Other adapters at the same price,
