I love that you can easily do all your transfers using one program--no need to switch back and forth between programs! And when there's something wrong with it (like connection issues), they've been very responsive in fixing them within 24 hours or less. If you're looking into transferring files over networks at work, this software will save so much time from having multiple different apps open up just to manage each individual task. Transferring huge amounts of data every day makes my life easier as well. I like that it's easy to use and has a lot of features. The interface is simple and straightforward. It has a free version but limits you to 5 transfers per day. I have used other programs that are more expensive, however this one offers so many different features at a reasonable price point. I recommend trying out the free version first just to see if there is anything else you need from the program before purchasing. Transferring files in between my PC and Mac OS.
