I like the ease of use and the fact that it has all of the features I need to transfer files. I dislike the fact that it is not supported by Dropbox or Google Drive. I love that you can easily do all your transfers using one program--no need to switch back and forth between programs! And when there's something wrong with it (like connection issues), they've been very responsive in fixing them within 24 hours or less. If you're looking into transferring files over networks at work, this software will save so much time from having multiple different apps open up just to manage each individual task.
