Exact compatibility with all factory plugs. No splicing or crimping of wires.

As for the parts I find these and all Dorman to be excellent quality. At least no worse than factory, if not better. I gave three stars for "easy to install" not because of a defect in the product, but because of moderate removal and installation difficulty, which required the removal of the front grille and other components.
