Review on DEXI Doormat Entrance Machine Washable by Josh Montgomery

THIS IS A ONE STAR RATING UPDATE FROM A FEW WEEKS AGO. IT SEEMS AMAZON MATCHED SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS RUG AND NOT THE COMPANY THAT SENT IT TO AMAZON'S WAREHOUSE. DEXI IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE SMALL RUG WITH THE SIZE WE ORDERED. It came quickly and was the right size. NOW IT IS IN OUR DOOR, LOOKING VERY NICE AND WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CARPET. SO---NOW A 5 STAR RATING DUE TO THE GOOD PRODUCT AND THE RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY THAT IS ADDRESSING THE PROBLEM. I can't say anything about the durability or cleanliness, as it has just been shown here. BUT the label on the plastic bag of the mat has been changed. The original label read: 32.0 x 48.0. Someone wrote 35.5 x 59.0 on this label - that's the size we paid for! The original label was glued through and was legible. The carpet on the door looks ok but is smaller than we wanted and ordered (3.5ft x 11.0ft). The width fits, but the length doesn't. This practice was pure deception! I will no longer order from this company. This is a good example of buying locally. If a 1/2 star rating was available, we would choose it.
