If I could get this company negative 100 score I would. If you have any problems with your cage they will have you return it BUT BEWARE you pay shipping cost. The smaller grate was to small and slid back and forth about an inch and my conure and cockatiel figured this out any they WERE able to push the grate down. They almost almost got stuck between the grates. So I fixed the cage my adding a bar to the middle of cage because the piece in the middle was not wide enough. I had the cage fixed because fixing the cage for $50 was cheaper then spending the shipping cost. I contacted the company and they would not work with me what so ever. I filed a-z claim and still had to fight. In the end AMAZON SENT me a $50 gift card. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, PLEASE LISTEN AND TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT HAVE ALSO HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. My birds almost lost a leg and/or toes because the grate did not fit. If you value your birds PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT SELLER.
