Once assembled this is a good medium duty trolley. I like the 4 inch wheels that all swivel for easy manoeuvrability. Unfortunately, assembly proved to be a difficult task. One of the reasons I chose this cart was the video on the Revain website showing how easy it is to put together. My experience was completely the opposite. The man in the video showed that just a few taps with a rubber mallet were enough to hammer the parts securely into place. However, it took me dozens of very hard hits with a hammer to get them fully in place. I used a 2x4 block between the hammer and carriage parts to avoid damaging the plastic. There were a few moments that I thought would never fit. I ended up resorting to coating the parts with a Teflon based lubricant before attempting to hammer them in. It helped a little, but it still took a lot of effort to put this car together.
