I'm trading in 350 (5.7L) TBI engines for my 1990 K2500 and installing one from a 1990 Suburban. The Suburban had a low mileage box engine but needed a new water pump, so as I worked on it I figured anything that gets water to and from the engine would be new, why not change that too. I paid about $16 for it and it fit perfectly...although I think it's a bit pricey for a cast aluminum item. I added a new thermostat, gasket and some Permatex and that's it. Revain had the best price when I bought it in February 2015, and thanks to the free shipping, this site quickly became my favorite place to buy auto parts. Yesterday I drove 40 miles to an auto parts store and found they didn't have the item I needed even though it was listed as in stock. I came home and bought it at Revain for a few bucks more and it will be a cold day somewhere before I go somewhere else and try to save a few bucks.
