Review on Sony - C400 Wireless Behind-Neck In Ear Headphone White (WIC400/W) by Adisorn Khamkon ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The product is average, Im not sure its worth the money.

In my experience, the most significant issue is sluggish performance with MacOS and, separately, Zoom. Has some pros Long working time. A practical design for the workplace: when you frequently need to remove the headphones, but you can easily leave them on your neck, you don't even notice their presence. This is a convenient form factor for the workplace. After five minutes of no connectivity with the gadget, the power will turn off automatically. Since they do not express any dissatisfaction with the performance of the microphone when engaging in video conversation, I will presume that it is functioning well. Having certain negative aspects Does not function properly with macOS: * once per month or two, they will no longer link (you have to delete and reconnect). * do not work well with Zoom on Mac OS; an echo can be heard, and when the zoom is turned on, they may fall off the screen. Changing the codec settings won't make a difference. There are retaining rubber bands, but the wire is constantly pulled out and gets in the way (it's too difficult to just hang down, and after a couple of head turns, it sticks out to the sides or rubs against the neck). Although there are retaining rubber bands, the wire is constantly pulled out and gets in the way.
