Review on 🚲 Enhanced Shimano CS-6700 Ultegra 10-Speed Bicycle Cassette for Optimal Performance by Kenny Rossi

Replaced my Specialized Roubaix 105 11-27 cassette with a 12-23 corn cob. Requires Park Tools FR-5G Cassette Lock Ring Tool or equivalent. (Not a freewheel tool). It is also recommended to use a chain wrench to remove the sprocket, e.g. B. the Park Tools SR-1. This freehub was the only option for a 14 tooth sprocket. (i.e. 20 mph at 93 cadence). The exchange lasted 20 minutes. This device comes with an extra gasket and it's not clear if you need it or not. In my case, installed without spacers, the internal gear was on my plastic spoke guard. Spacer installed, but it is not. Shifting is much smoother than my existing (4000 miles) cassette. It will probably work better with a short version of the Shimano 105 rear derailleur.It's definitely not a hillclimbing cassette, but it's a dream on the flat.BC 09-04-15
