I bought these pans because I don't like cooking with aluminum that much. I've read that aluminum can be ingested and is very bad for the brain. I decided to replace all of my aluminum cookware with glass or stainless steel. I know stainless steel doesn't tarnish. However, when I left this pan to soak overnight because there were leftovers on it, the next morning the pan was ruined. It has deteriorated and is no longer good. I was shocked because the description says 100% stainless steel. However, this pan is said to be aluminum and therefore their advertising is false. I am very disappointed and wish I could get a refund. If I could give this product a half star I would. DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT REAL STAINLESS STEEL!
